Friendly Game with Oakmere Ladies 24/4/2024
We played our first friendly 24/4/2024, with the Oakmere Ladies.
The format was mixed teams integrating both Ramsdale and Oakmere Players, Front 9 multiplier and back 9 stableford, our course was challenging, but overall an enjoyable day had by all.
A great turnout and the winning team with 149 points, was Doreen Musgrove (Lady Captain) Anne Fleming, Karen Goodwin (Oakmere Lady Captain) and Catherine Didlick
Chilwell Ladies Captain Charity AM/AM 18/4/2024
Today we kick started the Ladies AM/AM season, with the first event hosted by Chilwell Golf Club.
The team comprised of Cath Greenwood, Gina Stephenson, Jo Fisher and Carole Lilley.
The course proved to be challenging, with pick and place allowed everywhere, a few balls were lost in the water, however the weather was kind and many cakes were consumed.
Our team had an enjoyable day, maybe not the winning score, but a good start with 34 points best 2 from 4, over 10 holes.
