We had our Ramsdale Park Golf Club charity day yesterday, what a great event, raising money for our two charities, Emmanuel House and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. The weather wasn’t as hot as first anticipated so no heat related casualties. A great result for one of our Ladies teams that entered ‘The Double D’s – Consisting of Sharon Insley, Ramune Shepherd, Theresa Plimmer and Doreen Musgrove, who came 2nd overall scoring 95 points, Theresa also won nearest the pin on the 6th and Sharon was the winner of beat the pro. Well done Ladies ! We were also very lucky to witness the flyover of a Hurricane and Spitfire with thanks to Mark Fisher for organising this, it was third time lucky😊
