Congratulations to Caroline Kremmos who for the 2nd year has been awarded the most improved player, it was a very close call between, Bernice Williams, Suzy Mann and Caroline with 0.01 separating them.

New 2026 Ladies Captain – Steffi Hey
Congratulations to Steffi Hey who is our incoming Captain for 2026/2027. Although Steffi has been caretaker Captain from July 2025 its apt to now see her officially inaugurated into the role, together with her Vice Captain Heidi Boyle they will make a dynamic team.
Steffi has decided that for her captaincy she will also be Supporting the local independent Charity Emmanuel House meaning that all charity funds collected by our various sections will go 100% to the chosen charity.
Last year the charity received £24,000 from the Club that enabled them to take 60 homeless people off of the street, imagine how many lives the charity can change if we dig deep and with your help we are able to smash last years figure.

Senior Captain’s Grand Finale Competition – 05/02/2026
What a day, wind, rain and winners. Well done to the ladies team consisting of Steffi Hey, Caroline Kremmos, Berni Williams and Heidi Boyle who came in 3rd today with 218 points. 1st placed Lady was Michelle O’Shea with a massive 24 points, she was also in the team that placed 2nd overall, you smashed it Michelle ! Couldn’t resist just including our GM Theresa Plimmer who got NTP on hole 6 her best shot of the day, also congratulations to Berni who got NTP on hole 8 ⛳️
